« Le pressoir de La Houssaye » is an old cider press from 1803 in local stone, completely restored in 2019 and
2020, in the immediate vicinity of the owners' house but independent, the accommodation is classified
« location de tourisme ** (rental of tourism) » since 2020.
Quietly in the countryside, although in the immediate vicinity of Coutances and a few kilometers from the
coast, « Le pressoir de La Houssaye » presents all the conditions of comfort, in an atmosphere that we hope is warm.
The 2-room, 58 m² house, with an independent outdoor parking space, can accommodate 2 other people, with the possibility of an additional bed (a convertible sofa). A baby cot (100 x 60) can be provided free of charge on request.
The house has land of 3600 m² which is not enclosed but is far from the road (a 750 meter private road allows you to get there). A summer garden is available, with 2 deck chairs, a table and 4 chairs and a stone barbecue.
Also available in the shed adjacent to the press is a parasol, another table with 2 chairs, rackets and
shuttlecocks.
