Gavray Fair : The unmissable event of the autumn

As an important commercial event in the Coutançais region for October, the Gavray fair is a rural fair combining tradition and modernity. It is dedicated to horses on Friday and during the 3 days, you are bound to find a good deal on the stalls of the various street vendors and other hawkers in the alleyways.

A regionally and even nationally renowned event, it attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year. This is one of the great highlights of the autumn in the Coutances region.

It is a mixture of friendliness, tradition, trade and traditional gastronomy. This is what attracts so many visitors.
