The Coutances Tourisme website is not yet compliant with the Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA 4.1). The compliance audit has not yet been carried out, but an active approach to improving accessibility is underway.
Process underway
In order to comply with the regulations, we have planned the following actions:
- Carrying out a technical accessibility audit by an external service provider, planned for the coming months via a call for tenders
- Putting in place an action plan to prepare for the audit and take steps to correct the situation as of now
- Implementation of an annual action plan and a multi-year plan based on the results of the audit, in order to correct the non-compliances identified and improve accessibility
- Progressive integration of content (text, images, links, PDF documents, etc.) by the Digital Division team, to ensure accessibility
- Ongoing collaboration with our web agency to integrate the necessary technical fixes
- Raising awareness and training our team in digital accessibility
