In the heart of a valley classified as a “Site Patrimoniaux Remarquables”, the Domaine du Petit Moulin is ideally located on the south-western tip of the Cotentin peninsula in Courcy, in the Centre Manche region (50).
Just 5 minutes from Coutances, 15 minutes from one of Europe's most beautiful beaches (The Guardian).

Between the sea and the Normandy bocage, come and enjoy unspoilt countryside. Our several-hectare estate welcomes you to an exceptional setting: river, pond, woods, peace and quiet, the rustle of water....
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life... our cosy cottages will encourage you to cocoon.

To share breakfast, a meal or simply relax, a large, fully-equipped terrace in natural wood, on stilts, is located in front of each cottage.

The Riverside Cottage is ideal for a family (2 adults + 2 children).

With its bohemian chic ambiance, this cottage is furnished in warm tones and natural materials.
On the first floor, a large living and dining room overlooking the terrace and nature, a lovely Scandinavian-inspired fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and; and a bar area for breakfast or an aperitif.

Upstairs, a large bathroom with shower, toilet, double washbasin and hairdryer; a master bedroom with a view of the stream and a double bed (160cm); and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds.

Typical Coutançais houses, independent and completely restored with natural materials, our cottages have obtained a three-star “meublés de tourisme” classification, a guarantee of quality and comfort.

On our website www.lepetitmoulin-normandie.fr, you'll find more information on the 2 cottages (Riverside and Lakeside Cottage) which can also be rented together, offering a capacity of 9/10 people.

Tourist tax (for people over 18/night) to be paid on departure.

Minimum stay ?
- Short stays subject to availability on D-15, excluding school vacations = min 3 nights.
- July / August & February, Easter, All Saints & Christmas vacations = min 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.
