Ursula Gîte at Holidays-Normandy is a charming holiday home set in the peaceful Normandy countryside, just a few minutes from the historic town of Coutances. Perfect for families, groups, or friends, it offers a quiet and green setting close to town, sandy beaches, and the main tourist attractions of the Manche region.
Inside, guests can enjoy a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are flexible, including one on the ground floor with wheelchair access, and others upstairs with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. A sofa bed in the lounge provides extra sleeping space for families or guests with accessibility needs. The modern ground-floor bathroom is fully adapted, with support bars and a shower seat.
Outside, there’s a private seating area, dedicated parking, and… a chance to meet our llamas, chickens, and ducks – a real highlight for guests of all ages!
Just 5 minutes from the cathedral in Coutances, the gîte is perfectly located for exploring Normandy: the sandy beach at Hauteville-sur-Mer, Hambye Abbey, the harbour town of Granville, and iconic sites like Mont-Saint-Michel, Bayeux, and the D-Day Landing Beaches. And for food lovers, the area is full of local treats: Gavray camembert, oysters, mussels, cider, pommeau, and calvados.
