Ideally located to visit the Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, Bayeux, the Normandy D-Day landing beaches, the Cotentin and Chausey islands. Other sites to visit such as the Regnéville lime kilns, Coutances, Norman landscape and sandy beaches. Outdoor sailing, fishing, hiking, cycling or horse riding activities.

Description of the cottage
Recently renovated cottage with a living area of 60 m², with a 21 m² ground bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen. In the living room, you will find a dining table for four persons, furniture, sofa and television. Nextby, a cellar and WC.
Two comfortable bedrooms are available on the upper floor, first with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and the second with two single beds 90 x 190 cm and furniture. Each bedroom
has its own separated bathroom with shower and sink. A separated WC and washing machine completes the equipment. Electric radiators are in all rooms.
The house has a fenced yard, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You can park your vehicle in front of the house. The cottage is located in front of the owner’s house, occasionally present at the weekends.
