The Domaine du Petit Moulin is ideally located in the heart of a valley classified as a “Remarkable Heritage Site”, in Normandy (5 min from Coutances and 15 min from the sea).
Between the sea and the Normandy bocage, come and enjoy unspoilt countryside. Our several-hectare estate welcomes you to an exceptional setting: river, pond, woods, peace and quiet, the rustle of water....
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life... our cosy cottages will entice you to cocoon.

This warmly decorated cottage is ideal for taking time out to recharge your batteries all year round. It has been selected by Coutances Tourisme as a typical Lower Normandy accommodation.
Its natural, cosy decor, Zen atmosphere and large private terrace overlooking the pond will let you let go.
In an exceptional environment, this cottage offers an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity.
It is divided over 3 levels:
- First floor:
* a fully-equipped kitchen
* a large dining room with its long pine table and saloon chairs, its small sitting area by the Godin wood-burning stove.
- 1st floor:
* WC, bathroom with shower
* a large living room with two large feather sofas, an armchair, a footstool... and a breathtaking view of the pond
* a cathedral bedroom with a double bed (160cm)
The 1st floor is also accessible from the outside.
- 2nd floor:
* a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a mezzanine with a single bed.
A large 70m² terrace on stilts overlooks the pond, where you can watch the fish, moorhens and herons.... or simply relax.
Our 2 cottages (Riverside and Lakeside Cottage) are typical Coutançais houses, independent and completely restored with natural materials. They have been awarded a three-star “meublés de tourisme” classification, a guarantee of quality and comfort.
Tourist tax (for people over 18/night) to be paid on departure.

Minimum stay?
- Short stays subject to availability on D-15, excluding school vacations = min. 3 nights.
- July / August & February, Easter, All Saints & Christmas vacations = min 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.
