Pleasant independent rooms in the city center
At the foot of the cathedral, the botanical garden, in the heart of the city center and
shops, 15 minutes from the beaches, we offer recent rooms that you will enjoy for a
short or long stay.
Rooms of 18m2 and 20m2 with private bathroom, to welcome you to our home by
offering you comfort and independence. The two rooms we offer were fitted out in 2021,
in part of the building where we live.
We will be happy to leave breakfast at the door of your room so that you can eat it in
peace.
We are available on the other side of the landing to speak with you.
The room has the necessary equipment to have small meals independently (kettle,
coffee, tea, sugar, dishes. Mini-markets, several bakeries and numerous shops at the foot
of the accommodation).
We provide access to our back kitchen to store equipment if necessary, use the fridge-
freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
Our garage is 300 m away to park motorcycles or bicycles.
The station is within walking distance, we can also pick you up. For parking, our street is
not in the blue zone, there are regularly spaces available. Otherwise, in the street
perpendicular to ours or on the square there are always places in the blue zone for
temporary parking nearby. 200 meters away, there is the parking lot of the Unelles
entertainment center, or the covered parking lot of the cinema. There is always space,
it's free and it's not in the blue zone.
